We offer integrated care that meets people where they are: gender affirming medicine, mental health, nutrition, wellness services, and community spaces that nourish the whole person. Our community shapes everything we do.

ACCESS WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Affirming care belongs to everyone. We accept insurance — including Medicare and Medicaid. Our patient care fund covers travel, lodging, and direct care costs. We protect same-day appointments so our community never ends up in emergency rooms where they face inequitable treatment and medical trauma. Access is non-negotiable.

PEOPLE AS OUR FOUNDATION

The staff who care for our community deserve to be cared for in return. Living wages, real benefits, paid time off, professional growth, and a workplace built on respect — these are not perks. They are the foundation of extraordinary care.
